• Conducting a strategy and discovery session with Mike to better understand his clinical approach, ideal clients, specialties, and professional goals

• Meeting with Brooke and Nikki to review the current discovery call process, identify strengths and opportunities, and gain insight into how prospective clients are currently guided toward services

• Creating a comprehensive Therapist Positioning Playbook that defines:

  • Mike's target niche and ideal client profile

  • His unique therapeutic approach and modalities

  • Key differentiators that set him apart from other therapists

  • Core messaging and talking points to support marketing and lead conversion efforts

• Implementing grassroots visibility efforts by strategically recommending Mike within relevant local Facebook groups and community conversations where appropriate

• Creating and posting monthly promotional content within designated community and networking groups during approved business promotion opportunities

• Tracking and reporting results, including discovery call activity, inquiries, conversions, and overall lead generation performance to help inform future strategy and optimization

Upcoming initiatives may include discovery call coaching and optimization, social media strategy and content creation, expanded referral marketing efforts, and additional client acquisition campaigns designed to support long-term practice growth.
